People such as Hitler from Germany, Stalin from the Soviet Union, Mussolini from Italy, Franco from Spain and Tojo from Japan are prefect examples of the bad that can happen due to these dictators. Adolf Hitler
The most famous dictator of all time, Hitler, was an Austrian born artist gone wrong after being failed, turned to politics, overthrew the government, before quickly making Germany into a dictatorship under his rule. A cruel man who is responsible for way to many deaths during and before WW2.
Joseph Stalin
A ruthless man from the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, born in the Russian Empire, which technically speaking is in Georgia, he became a dictator following Lenin's death, overtaking the leadership over the country. Originally joined WW2 on Hitlers side before being betrayed by him, turning coats in the proccess.
Benito Mussolini
Benito Mussolini was an Italian politician who became the leader of the National Fascist Party. He ruled Italy as Prime Minister from 1922 to 1943. Mussolini is known for his authoritarian rule and the establishment of a fascist regime in Italy. He aimed to create a totalitarian state with himself as the central figure. Mussolini's policies included suppressing political opposition, promoting nationalism, and implementing social and economic reforms. However, his alliance with Nazi Germany during World War II ultimately led to his downfall.
Francisco Franco
A dictator from Spain, who was also responsible for a lot of deaths. Unlike every other dictator mentioned here, he maintained Spanish neutrality, however he did also aid the Axis in order to recompense Italy and Germany for their help in his rise to power. He also happens to be the dictator who held power the longest out of everyone else mentioned here, with his rule lasting from 1939 to 1975.
Hideki Tojo
A brutal man, a perfect example of the bad that can be represented by humans, he was heavily responsible for the Asian Holocaust among many other attrocities, bring death to too many places. He commited a large amount of war crimes during his rule from 1941 to 1944, before he resigned with Japan's surrender in WW2.
