Time to prepare: 15 minutes

  1. Step 1: Put the pan on medium heat and drop in 100 grams of butter(or oil) to melt.
  2. Step 2: Dice your choice of meat along with the onion and chives
  3. Step 3: While the pan is heating up, crack 3 eggs into a bowl whisk with a fork until mixed well. Then add a pinch of salt along with pepper and whisk until mixed.
  4. Step 4: When the butter is melted and the pan is heated up, pour in the bowl with eggs along with your chopped choice of meat and onion. Keep on stirring the ingridients until you reach a desired egg consistency(should take around 5 minutes).
  5. Step 5: When the eggs are cooked place them on a plate and sprinkle a bit of the chives on it.
  6. Step 6: Serve with 2 slices of bread and tea.
  7. Step 7: Finally, you can enjoy your creation.
  8. Step 8: You have to consume quick after making as it is best when it is warm.
  9. (Could also serve with mushrooms or tomatoes).
